USRC Events to be Broadcast in High Definition on HDNet
Laughlin, Nevada -- The United States Rally Championship announced today plans for the four rounds of the 2006 Championship to be broadcast in high definition TV (HDTV) on the HDNet network.
Rally New York USA held April 7 and 8 in Monticello, New York was the first round of the 2006 United States Rally Championship taped for later broadcast. It will air shortly after the broadcast of the 2005 USRC season finale the Ramada Express International Rally airing this spring. The Subaru Rim of the World Rally, International Rally New York, and Laughlin International Rally are scheduled to follow in the late summer and early fall. Each rally�s program will be repeated in five separate broadcasts. Other events from the Championship may be added to the schedule at a later date. Broadcasts dates and air times will be posted to the series web site as soon as they are announced.
