RSport Rally and Total Autosport Enter the Wild West Pro Rally

Olympia, Washington -- RSport Rally driver Scott Trinder and father Robert Trinder will contest the Wild West Pro Rally this September 6th and 7th. Wild West is Round 8 of the SCCA Pro Rally Championship. This years event is based out of Olympia, Washington.

The entire RSport Rally team would like to thank everyone involved in the repair of the teams Subaru Impreza after it rolled at Oregon Trail. "I have to send my biggest and most grateful THANK YOU to the staff at Richmond Auto Body Collision Plus. Everyone involved in the repair of the car did a great job and if it wasnt for their time and support we would be unable to compete at Wild West this weekend," says Scott.

Another long-term sponsor for the RSport team also came through in a pinch. Ad-Print - the decal people - made the car look like a rally car last week by making and placing all of the decals on the car. "I would like to thank the staff involved at Ad-Print for doing a great job with the cars decal package," says Scott.

Total Autosport came through and has defiantly influenced the cars handling by re-building the cars DMS suspension. Total Autosport will be servicing for several teams at Wild West including RSport Rally. "We are looking forward to this years event, one of our recent clients Norm Leblanc will be running a Subaru WRX prepared by our shop Total Autosport." says Ken. Total Autosport is based out of North Vancouver, BC. For more information on the company and what it has to offer please log onto: www.totalautosport.com

Open Road Auto Groups - Richmond Toyota will help the team drive in a straight line by completing the alignment on the car today!

"As everyone in the sport is aware many people make it possible for a team to compete throughout a season from myself and the rest of the RSport Rally team we would like to thank everyone involved. Without your assistance RSport Rally would be unable to compete, thank you all!" says, Scott and Bob.

RSport Rally is required to run the Wild West Rally to complete its qualification in the North American Rally Championship. To qualify a team must enter a minimum of 2 US and 2 Canadian national events. The team currently leads its class in the Western Canadian Rally Championship.

The next event for the team is the Mountain Trials Rally held this September 27th, 2003 in Merrit, BC. Mountain Trials is round 4 of the Western Canadian Rally Championship. For more information log onto: www.rallybc.com
