Rally New York, Ltd. (www.RallyNewYork.com) declares the following Regulations for the 2008 New York Rally Championship presented by Tearoff Guys (www.tearoffguys.com).

New York and the Northeast of the United States are the home of many rally teams. In the 2008 season, we will continue providing for these teams the opportunity to participate in a New York regional championship, a tradition we started with the 2007 season. Never before in the history of the US rallying had these teams the opportunity to take part in a meaningful regional championship without traveling to distant locations in order to participate in rallies.

The 2008 New York Rally Championship season will run from January 2008 to December 2008.
